Platform: Windows NT, Windows 2000
Version 4.2.1 contains a correction for an issue that may cause the following error:
"Initialization of dynamic link library C:\winnt\system32\user32.dll failed. The process is terminated".
The error occurs on machines where the COM publishing agent is deployed (tdagent.exe / sblagent.exe / adsblagent.exe).
Associated with the above mentioned error, other symptoms observed are:
Growth in the handles used by the agent (proportional to the number of requests processed by the agent). The entire system may turn sluggish and require a restart.
Version 4.2.1 corrects the above mentioned behavior.
