Resolution:
Description
==========
The BusinessConnect EDI protocol powered by Instream installer fails during installation. The symptoms occur after all the files are installed. While executing the Installer ANT tasks, the following error is observed:

Fatal Error
Failed to load shared library, library name:
C:/tibco/tibcrojre64/1.7.0/bin/server/jvm.dll

This error occurs even though the jvm.dll is installed in the correct place.

Windows platforms

Cause
===========
This is a known issue with the installer. The installer requires the presence of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable.

Resolution
===========
Download and install Microsoft VC++ 2010 Redistributable x64 (or x86 for 32-bit), available from Microsoft's dowload site.  Run the BC EDI installer again after installing the redistributable.
