When the adapter invokes a Siebel workflow, if the workflow errors out due to connectivity issues (with the Siebel Database), the adapter will not confirm RVCM messages.
This behavior is applicable only when Oracle is used as the RDBMS package. With other RDBMS systems, delayed acknowledgement is not applicable.
