Description:
The environment variable, TIB_ICU_DATA, must be set to the directory containing the tibicudata.dat file (C:/tibco/tra/1.0/bin), to avoid problems in memory as well as performance. TIBCO Adapter for R/3 4.2.0 requires this file for performing conversions when UTF-8 is used as the encoding for the repo. The tibciudata.dat file is supplied with the tra installation.
