The BusinessWorks BusinessConnect palette is not processing inbound messages when using Smart IDs. What is causes this?
Environment:

BusinessConnect 5.1.0 and above
Cause:

The BusinessConnect palette does not support the use of Global Variables for the Smart ID fields.
Resolution:
=========
Pu the literal Smart ID value in the BusinessConnect process starter.
