Abstract

TRA installation hangs.

Description:
============
Unable to install TIBCO runtime agent 5.x on Windows. The installation starts normally but hangs in the middle without generating any errors. When checked from the task manager, the installation processes is running in the background but no installation happens.


Symptoms:

Cause:
======
One possible cause is the ssoshell process running in the background stops activity of the installer.


Resolution:
==========
Killing the ssoshell process which stops single sign on addressed this issue.
