Resolution:
SmartSockets does support the Standard RedHat distribution of Linux. For specific kernel, library and compiler compatability see the SmartSockets Installation Guide. SmartSockets has not been tested with either RedHat Enterprise hardware fail over clustering nor IP Load Balancing. Potential message loss may occur if using SmartSockets components with these enhancements.
Basically we recommend SmartSockets 6.4 of higher for for the AS 2.1 platform.
