Description:

Start Hawk Display-> select an Agent,Get Configuration->RuleBases. In the list of RuleBases, select File->Load From File. The following exception is thrown:

"Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Could not get shell folder ID list"

Symptoms:
Using an external JRE lower than version 6u18(b04) with hawkdisplay/hawkagent.
Cause:
This is a known Java defect, bug ID: 6544857

Resolution

Solution is to change to a JRE later than version 6u18(b04) or use the TIBCO bundled JRE.
