During upgrade to R5.2 the DBJCL job fails if parameters are supplied on the DBGEN macro
Environment:

o z/OS OSB 5.2 upgrade process
Symptoms:

Failure with returncode = 12 of DBJCL job.
Cause:
======
A parameter is no longer required, or allowed, on the DBGEN macro in DBJCL as times are now in UTC format.
Resolution:
===========
Remove any parameters from the DBGEN macro in DBJCL and re-run the job.
