Description:

While processing a return message to the OSB Plug-in client, if z/OS preempts the send request to dispatch higher priority work, a remote client response may be received before the previous send request is redispatched by z/OS and the send request completed. This can cause work to be dispatched in parallel leading to abends such as S301 or S202 abends or other unpredictable errors.

Cause:
=====
The abends are caused by a timing window in TIBCO Service Gateway for CICS which is most likely to occur under system load leading to in appropriate double dispatch of work.  

Resolution:
=========
The following fix should be applied to your system:
   AP13454  Re-dispatch incoming RCLI request to SEND TMB
