On the Administrator GUI when we click on Monitoring Management > Monitoring Console it throws an exception saying 'Domain has already been destroyed: Monitoring Management.

When accessing the Monitoring Management > Monitoring Console section on the administrator GUI, it displays he below error message on the Administrator GUI.
'Domain has already been destroyed: Monitoring Management.
Cause:
=====
The monitoringconsole.war plugin file which is packaged with full Hawk installation has gotten corrupted. On starting domain's Hawk service the monitoringconsole.war (under <tibco-home>/hawk/<version>/admin-plugins folder) file is uploaded on to the Administrator's Tomcat instance.
Resolution:
==========
1). On the Administrator GUI click on All Service Instance > Administrator Instance plugins tab.
2). Click on Add and upload the monitoringconsole.war (under <tibco-home>/hawk/<version>/admin-plugins folder).
3). Restart Administrator and Hawk services on the primary Administrator machine.
