This issue can be resolved by upgrading to Siebel 6.0.2.3 Financials and Siebel 6.0.2.2 Consumer Sector patch. It is recommended to use the latest patches provided by Siebel for these sectors. Please contact Siebel Support for details on Siebel Patch Upgrades.
