BC Engine exits upon startup with "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: FESI/Parser/ASCII_CharStream" error.

Impact

Loss of Functionality
You will be unable to start the BusinessConnect server (runBC)

Workaround
==========
Download fesikit.zip version 1.1.5 from http://download.tibco.com using your company's credentials for this site and install the fesi.jar file in the &ltBC>/im/java directory.
The package is available under the TIBCO BusinessConnect folder on this website.

Cause
=====
The URL in the readme.txt is "http://home.worldcom.ch/jmlugrin/fesi/download.html", which then redirects to "http://www.lugrin.ch/fesi/index.html".
The default version available on this website is FESI 1.1.8, which does NOT work with BusinessConnect. You must use only FESI 1.1.5 with BusinessConnect.

Resolution
==========
The readme.txt will be corrected in the next release of BusinessConnect to refer to the correct URL.
