Cause:

Destination  /Channels/OTPQueryHTTP/BayDetailsReqRes is not enabled as input destination for the inference agent.

Resolution:
=========
Check configuration in the Cluster Deployment Descriptor(CDD) file and see if  /Channels/OTPQueryHTTP/BayDetailsReqRes are configured as input destination for the agent class.
