Description
Resolution:
If you are using the Excel Service, and it causes a Microsoft Office installer to open, this is caused when the computer running the Engine does not have the optional Office components required to run under a specific user account.
To remedy this, you must install the Office components, or configure the DataSynapse Engine service to run under an account that has appropriate access to the Microsoft Office installation.
