Resolution:
Yes, we can use BW Workflow 5.1.0 with BW/Admin/TRA 5.2.
If BWWF 5.1.0 is installed after installing BW/Admin/TRA 5.2, there are NO manual changes needed.

However, if you upgrade the BW/Admin/TRA from BW 5.1 to BW 5.2 while BW Workflow is already installed, there are some manual changes to the .tra files.

Following are the steps required to be done, when you upgrade to TRA 5.2 (and wants to use it with BWWF 5.1)
- Undeploy the applications
- Re-create the platform war file with Domain Utility 5.2 (to get 5.2 libraries)
- Manually change the following files to point to TRA/TPCL 5.2 (instead of 5.1)
      a) $TIBCO_HOME/bwworkflow/bin/tomcatservice.bat
      b) $TIBCO_HOME/bwworkflow/bin/tomcatsetenv.bat
      c) $TIBCO_HOME/bwworkflow/template/TomcatStartupTemplate.bat
      d) $TIBCO_HOME/bwworkflow/template/tomcattra.template
      e) $TIBCO_HOME/bwworkflow/template/WebLogicStartupTemplate.bat
- Re-register the servlet container
- Re-deploy the application
