Resolution:
The RV license is most likely expiring after 10 minutes because the daemon is not detecting the ticket file (tibrv.tkt) on start-up.  If a component cannot find an appropriate license ticket, the component runs for no more than 10 minutes.

To resolve the problem, please make sure that

1. The ticket file is saved as "tibrv.tkt" in the &ltTIBRV_INSTALL>/bin directory.

2. The PATH environment variable in your system contains &ltTIBRV_INSTALL>/bin.
