Resolution:
When the BC DMZ server is used, AND "bc.dmz.skipContent" is enabled AND the FTP-Get transport is used to fetch files from DMZ Server to internal BC:

1. If the following property, "Config.WebEventSource.SkipReadMessageBody", is set as false (default), it would throw a FESI exception on the DMZ Server.
Workaround: Set the above property to true.

2. If non-default RV parameters are used for DMZ server settings, FTP-Get fails and the internal BC server does not get the inbound document from the DMZ server.
Both these issues will be fixed in BC 3.5.0 Hotfix6
