Description:
The TIBCO Adapter for Remedy 5.2.0 now supports connectivity with Sybase database. For using TIBCO adapter for Remedy 5.2.0 with Sybase two modifications have to be done:-
1> Create a filter named TIB:ADREMEDY5.2.0/AR/FILTER.
2> For publication service create publishing table TIB_PENDING_NOTIFICATIONS.

The scripts for both have been attached as:-
1&gtadremedyFilter_sybase.def----Filter.
2&gtadremedynotifications_sybase.sql----Script for creating publication table.
