Description:
Symptoms
========
While trying to connect to XML Canon or another HTTP server, user may experience connection problems and a pop-up error dialog with the following error: "org.apache.commons.httpclient.HTTPRecoverableException: ...".  This happens with Turbo XML Version 2.4.1 and can happen with any version of XML Canon.
The document will not be retrieved after this error.

Workaround
==========
Close Turbo XML.
Download the commons-httpclient.jar from ftp://user07:gq9AgDRp@ftp2.extensibility.com/httpClient/ and save it into the jars directory of your Turbo XML installation (e.g. C:\Program Files\TIBCOExtensibility\Common\jars on Windows).
On Windows, when asked if you want to replace the existing file, click OK.

Cause
=====
The version of commons-httpclient.jar shipped with Turbo XML 2.4.1 has known issues connecting with HTTP server under some circumstances.

Resolution
==========
Replacing the jar should resolve the issue.  The next release of Turbo XML will include this updated jar.
