Tibhawkhma cannot be started after performing the post installation task. Once user follow the manual to do:

"cd $TIBCO_HAWK_HOME/bin/tibhawkhma
chown root tibhawkhma
chmod u+s tibhawkhma"

Tibhawkhma won't be able to start.  However, this can be fixed by :

1. To install the latest HPUX 11.23 patch.
2. To add the rv lib path to the /etc/dld.sl.conf.

This was identified a linker bug on HP-UX 11.23 ia64 machine which patch PHSS_38134 addressed this issue.

  
Resolution
==========

1. Run Tibhawkhma with setuid set, follow step 1&2 in the description part.
2. Ignore this below sentence in the doc under postinstallation tasks section,
under bullet: • HP-UX 11i PA-RISC 32-bit. We have filed a doc defect to take away this sentence.
"No post-install steps required for the HP-UX 64-bit and Itanium platforms."
