Description
Resolution:
After picking upgrade the installer checks the version of IC_HOME/bin/IcDispatcher. If that is the current version of the installer the installer assumes the upgrade is done.
In order to get the upgrade to run correctly the original binaries need to be copied over the newer ones in IC_HOME/bin. Restore the previous version of the config files in IC_HOME/config. If there is a new icconfig.xml file in the config directory remove that file.
