I am trying to install TIBCO products such as TRA on a Windows XP machine where the regional setting is set to Turkish.However this keeps failing.How can I resolve this?

Resolution:
There is a defect in InstallShield with regard to installing on a Windows XP system that has the regional setting set to Turkish. There are more details on the following Web Page:

To work around this. Set the regional setting to English by:
Opening the Control panel
Select the Regional and Language Options
Select the Regional Options tab
Change the "Standards and Formats" and "Location" sections to be English.
This can be changed back as soon as the installation is complete.
