Resolution:
The BE application was deployed in administrator RV based.
It’s strongly recommended to do a local deployment (not the RV based) for your applications.

NOTE:
1.)
Deploying your applications using RV based (to a database) is not reccomended by TIBCO Administrator.
2.)
When you deploy your application using RV transport to the database based repository, sometimes it might be corrupted due to communication delays in RV (re-deploy the same corrupted project again using RV transport, it might corrupt again)
