Resolution:
If you are running TRA, then you should not be getting any RV license error, as TRA uses embedded RV license.  However, if you pre-start RVD manually without a correct RV license, they might be seeing RV license errors.

TRA installs RV by default in the path /TIBCO_INSTALLTION_PATH/tibco/tibrv.  In the bin directory of tibrv installation, it will put a temporary license for RV as tibrv.tkt.

If your stand-alone applications are developed using RV API (please note that the tibrvlisten and tibrvsend executables are from the applications using RV API), they will look for the license ticket "tibrv.tkt" in the bin directory of RV installation.  As your tibrv.tkt is a temporary license, you will see the LICENSE.EXPIRE advisories, and the RV applications using RV API will not receive any message after the license has been expired.

If you need to use applications developed using RV API, you need to have a license key (this is the regular license key which goes into the tibrv.tkt file in the &lttibrv/bin> directory).  If you need a permanent RV license, please send your request to fulfillment@tibco.com, or submit your request through the following URL:
