Description
Resolution:
In order for the cache failover functionality, the primary CacheManager must initialize the persistent cache directory by writing an ID to the cache directory. This means that the first time the Manager on which the primary CacheManager is started, it must start and set up the cache before the Manager running the failover Broker is started. This can only happen the first time the Managers start.
