TIBCO Product name and version: TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) 5.1.1

Symptoms:

Clicking on NEW > TIBCO Channel Wizard > ActiveSpaces Destination & Events does not start wizard.
Resolution:
========
Need to add AS lib/bin location to the environment variable named PATH.
