Resolution:
When downloading a large pile of�Manager logs as a ZIP file, you can get an out of memory exception back from Java. In this case,�the HTML error text of the exception is saved as the ZIP file instead of the logs, and the ZIP file won't open.

If this occurs, the ZIP file will most likely be much smaller than expected. Also, if you open the ZIP file in an editor or use the file command in unix to determine the type of file, you will see that it is an HTML error text and not an archive file.

To avoid this problem, load a smaller subset of log data when creating a ZIP file.
