asg-engine startup fails with the error, “javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException: Failed to query JNDI: Failed to connect to the server at tcp://localhost:7222” when configured to connect to remote TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) server.
Cause:

You will see this error if the properties (EMS server URL etc.) have not been set for an EMS channel that is in activated state.

Set properties for all the EMS channels that are active. If a channel is not in use deactivate it by adding it to <property name="be.channel.deactivate”> in the cdd file.
