Unable to see the BE 4.0 in Administrator Installed in the Administrator Installed Software list.

  TIBCO BusinessEvents 4.0.0
  All Operating Systems

Symptoms:
===========
Unable to see the BE 4.0 in Administrator Installtion software.

Cause:
===========
  This may be related to be-admin.jar .

Resolution:
===========
1). Copy the be-admin.jar file to <TIBCO_HOME>/be/4.0/admin-plugins to <TIBCO_HOME>/tra/5.7/lib
2). Restart Admin and Hawk. It should then be displayed in the Administrator  Installed Software List.
