Resolution:
To uninstall and then reinstall the NT service of hawkagent, the following commands can be used:
hawkagent_<domain name>.exe --uninstall
hawkagent_<domain name>.exe --install
After the reinstallation, the parameters in the file of hawkagent_<domain>.tra should be imported in
the Windows Registry properly.
Another method to update this parameter is to use
hawkagent_<domain name>.exe --update
