In TIBCO BusinessEvents designer a black screen is displayed in the Actions and Conditions tabs.


Environment:

  o TIBCO BusinessEvents 3.0.0 and above
  o All OS

Cause :
======

In the designer.tra, the tibco.env.HEAP_SIZE was set to 1GB for a system with 2GB of RAM. Reducing the tibco.env.HEAP_SIZE  to 256M resolved the issue.

Resolution:
=========

This is because of the JVM memory setting configured for the Designer.Tuning  the tibco.env.HEAP_SIZE in the designer.tra file to an approriate value should resolve this issue.
