Symptoms
========
When ECS2TGLCon is run, the following message is displayed and the utility aborts:

/usr/lib/dld.sl: Can't open shared library:
/home/build/xengine_build/libs/hpux-risc/Release/libupath.sl
/usr/lib/dld.sl: No such file or directory

Loss of Functionality

Workaround
==========
Solution: Run "chatr" on the executable ECS2TGLCon_2 as follows:

cd &ltBC_HOME>/bin
chatr +s enable ECS2TGLCon_2

Cause
=====
Running chatr on the binary file allows the use of the SHLIB_PATH environment variable to locate shared libraries needed by the program.

This has been fixed in EDI 2.7.0
