Resolution:
Smartmapper5.1.x is not tested with TRA5.4.x and BW5.4.x or later versions, there could be some issue because of that.

The below are the combinations that are tested for Smartmapper

Note: Smartmapper5.1.x is no more supported, unless customer has extended support agreement with tibco, try to use the later versions of smartmapper.
