Resolution:
Some times the plugin might not have been loaded into Tibco administrator, just restart the Tibco Admin and Hawk agent and check if the smartmapper link appears in the left side frame.

Even after restarting admin and hawk, if the link still does not appear in the Tibco admin, please follow the below steps to re-apply the smartmapper plugin.

1. Navigate thru the below links

Application Management -> All Service Instances -> &ltmachine_name>_TIBCO_Administrator -> Plug-Ins

it shows all the plugins, select the smartmapper plugin from the list  and remove it.

2. Add the smartmapper admin plugin, xrefadminui.war, again, it is available at the below location

&lttibco_home>/administrator/5.x/administrator_plugins

3. After applying the plugin, you need to restart the administrator to make sure plugin is loaded properly in Admin.
