Resolution:
BW is not tested with any clustered environment. Hypothetically speaking it should work fine as long as it is compatible with that hardware. According to BW5.2.1 readme, BW supports following AIX OS
IBM (RS/6000 32-bit)
AIX 5.2 (per IBM compatibility statement)
AIX 5.3 (per IBM compatibility statement)
