Resolution:
Problem: When starting the second inference engine, 'Storage not configured' error was thrown on both the engines (the one that was running fine before as well).
Resolution: The tra file used for each of the engines used a different cluster name and was running on a different cluster.After modifying the engine tra file to use the same cluster name resolved the issue.
java.property.tangosol.coherence.cluster = <Agent_name>.
