Description:
TIBCO Adapter for MQSeries v5.4.1 now supports Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.6, 4.7, 5.0, 5.1,5.2 , in addition to the currently supported platforms listed in the product documentation.

Please note that any new features or functionality available in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.6, 4.7, 5.0, 5.1,5.2 are not necessarily supported by TIBCO Adapter for MQSeries 5.4.1. Please contact Support if there are any questions regarding whether a certain feature is supported by TIBCO Adapter for MQSeries 5.4.1.

Limitation and Restrictions:

1> The TIBCO adapter for MQSeries 5.4.1 supports only IBM WebSphere MQ 6.0 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.6, 4.7, 5.0, 5.1,5.2.  IBM has officially withdrawn the support for IBM WebSphere MQ 5.3 on all platforms, consequently TIBCO adapter for MQSeries 5.4.1 doesn't support IBM MQSeries 5.3 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.6, 4.7, 5.0, 5.1,5.2. 2> The TIBCO adapter for MQSeries 5.4.1 supports only 32-bit MQSeries applications on an x86 based architecture.

Please use package TIB_admqs-simple_5.4.1_lnx86_24_323.bin for adapter installation on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.6, 4.7, 5.0, 5.1,5.2. Refer to the TIBCO Adapter for MQSeries 5.4.0 User Guide -- Chapter 2 Installation -- Installation on UNIX Systems for detailed instruction on this.
