The EAR file builds in Studio in BE 5.1.1 but fails when studio-tools is used.
Cause:

The behavior of studio-tools changed in "5.1.0 BE-12227 The .beproject descriptor contained absolute paths to the project library and did not support the use of variables to define the path."
Resolution:

Add a classpath setting '-cp' for the custom jar files to the command line for studio-tools.
