Description

The error "Cannot get Extended properties for &ltCOM Interface Schema_Name/ extendedProperties >" occurred when starting up the adapter.

nterfaces/_IConnection/extendedProperties)'

Cause
=====
The COM .dll file is not registered successfully on the server the adapter is running that which results in the Extended properties being invalid.

Resolution
========
Make sure that the validation of the COM Interface extended properties at design-time is successful.

*Navigate to AESchemas - Classes - COM.

** Select the folder pertaining to the required DLL (folder name is same as the DLL/library name imported into the repository).

** Go to Co-classes.

** Select the required class and check the extended properties (Designer Resources menu - Edit extended properties).
