From IM501 hotfix 3 onwards, one can create EAR files, which can be deployed using TIBCO Admin. One of the requirements to do this is to copy the tsmim.jar file under <IM_HOME>/tools/jar to <TRA_HOME>/hotfix/lib directory.
Whever TRA is upgraded, the whole TRA_HOME>/hotfix directory is wiped out. As a result you need to copy the tsmim.jar file again to the <TRA_HOME>/hotfix/lib directory
