Resolution:
In patch 3 of TIBCO adapter for teradata 4.1.1, an enhancement is available to turn on/off the duplicate instance detection feature.This enhancement can be made use of, by making any one of the following entries in the adapter .tra file

tibco.clientVar.TDT_NoDupCheck true (To turn off the duplicate instance detection mechanism)
tibco.clientVar.TDT_NoDupCheck false (To turn on the duplicate instance detection mechanism)
