Can I configure BusinessConnect to receive documents from a trading partners without using a private process?

Resolution
===========
BusinessConnect can be configured to receive all inbound documents and write them to the file system under the shared directory by setting the skipContent threshold to 0.  However, BC will still publish a RESPONDER.REQUEST message to the appropriate queue to indicate that the file was received as well as the location of the file.
