Resolution:
No, but there is no need to have a Windows message event integrated event manager.
SDK 4 and onwards are implemented on top of RV 6 or 7, which has a threaded implementation of event dispatch. What it means to SDK application is that there is really no need to integrate with the Windows event dispatch for SDK to function within a Windows event driven application.
