Environment:

BE 5.1.1 hotfix 04 or below on Linux with Shared Nothing persistance.
Symptoms:

AS is never able to recover.
Cause:

This is caused by AS-2348 and is part of BE 5.1.1 hotfix 05.
Resolution:

Install BE hotfix 05.
