1). Verify that the Admin components of SPM are installed on the machine where AMX Admin is running. This is necessary for the UI plugin components to function correctly. Refer to the section in the SPM Installation guide entitled, "Working with ActiveMatrix Products".
2). Add the following properties to the amx_admin.tra file located at <TIBCO_HOME>\amxadministrator\data\amx\admin\bin
java.property.monitormanage.update.schema=true
java.property.spm.update.schema=true
After adding these properties, re-install the AMX Admin Windows service:
If the issue persists, further investigation is necessary. The following log files should be examined.
