Description

Feb 29 occurs during a leap year. TIBCO® Adapter for SWIFT 5.9.0 will throw an error when validating message with date value "0229". The following is a sample error from a log file.

Error T50 at /SWIFTRendererInput[1]/SWIFTMessage[1]/Text[1]/O__61__StatementLine[1]/item[4]/EntryDate[1]: invalid date MMDD value "0229"

This issue happens for the following components when the validation function is enabled.

TIBCO Adapter for SWIFTNet - FIN
TIBCO BusinessWorks Plugin for SWIFTNet - FIN

Cause
======
This issue is caused by a TIBCO® Adapter for SWIFT 5.9.0 validation rule which takes the "0229" as an invalid data.
