Policy Manager/Policy Agent 3.1.0 can consume inbound SOAP requests and responses that have been digested and signed/encrypted with the SHA-256 cryptographic algorithm.
However, it cannot produce outbound SOAP requests and responses that are digested and signed/encrypted with the SHA-256 algorithm.
