Resolution:
Confirm that the code was entered exactly as it appears in the email, making sure not to confuse the number 0 (zero) with the letter O. If you cut or copied the code from your email and pasted into the Registration screen, make sure that no additional spaces (i.e. white space) were selected when cutting/copying. If XCD continues to reject the code, please contact xmlsales@tibco.com .
