Resolution:
The names used for configuration files, users.conf, groups.conf, acl.conf, queues.conf, topics.conf, etc are just an example. These names can be changed by modifying the TIBCO Enterprise Message Service server's configuration file (default name is tibemsd.conf).
The file location can be changed by providing the full pathname in the tibjmsd.conf file.
